of list for the archetypes
* http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1597169 use the
SlingLaunchpadCombo instead of a plain Combo
* http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1597170 preselect 'add to
existing server' if at least one server is defined
