We currently don't inherit the Sling parent module, so we don't have
LICENSE/NOTICE jars embedded. Not sure if the sling parent pom will work for
tycho builds, but at any rate we should satisfy the legal requirements as laid
out at https://www.apache.org/dev/release.html#license .
