Currently, when in debug-mode, the bundle deployment mechanism is explicitly
turned off. The idea is that hot-code-replacement will do the trick, and a
bundle-deploy would/could interfere with that.
Nevertheless, it might be useful to be able to quickly (re-)deploy a bundle -
even when in debug mode.
A way out of this could be, to use 'clean and publish' this way: it would
'force' a bundle deploy, even when in debug mode.
