The AbstractNewSlingApplicationWizard currently automatically starts the server
on which it created projects. This behavior is fine if a server was newly
created. But, IMO, if the project is created on an existing server, starting it
is not exactly obvious.
Therefore the suggestion is to introduce an option (default: on) which gives
the user control over whether the server is started or not.
