I've seen a situation where a call to install a bundle using the HttpOsgiClient 
was waiting indefinitely in reading from the socket. The server was on 
localhost and up and running. It happened in the debugger. Not sure what 
exactly caused this.. but:

We should add timeouts to the HttpOsgiClient's HttpClient - socket as well as 
read-timeouts..
