It makes sense to run some Health Checks as part of integration tests, for
example the ones that represent "smoke tests" of the system under test.
I'll add a bridge that creates server-side JUnit tests for selected HCs based
on their tags. This will allow for running those HCs like the server-side JUnit
tests that bundles can provide, without having to write code.
