Summary: Exporter/importer/trigger endpoints are not reachable

After patch for SLING-3898 has been applied it seems the endpoints for anything
but agents do not work anymore. Also the initialization of the
_FileVaultReplicationBuilderFactory_ complains about empty username and
password (which could be related as without package builder some services may
not work well).
