Could it be that the sample content use the HTTP Basic Authentication Handler
configured to *not* log out ? Since HTTP Basic has not real log-out support,
best one could do is send a 401 response causing the browser to clear the
credential cash with the drawback of showing the default browser login box to
the user. We have a configuration switch to enable/disable this behaviour.
