It is too easy to make a simple typo in the service properties for an
AdapterFactory. We should do some validation to ensure that the classes are
valid.
1) On service registration, if the package for an adapter or adaptable class
isn't exported, log a warning.
2) In the webconsole, highlight (in red?) adapter or adaptable classes which
aren't exported.
