currently several maven commands like {{mvn eclipse:eclipse}} complain about a
missing maven dependency {{org.eclipse.m2e:lifecycle-mapping:1.0.0}}. they
work, but this warning is annoying.
there is an easy solution for this by moving them to a separate provile
activted by a "m2e.version" property - see
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=367870#c18
