Bertrand Delacretaz resolved SLING-3599.

Resolution: Fixed
The test now passes when creating a small amount of nodes (2500) but with 12500
nodes fails on Oak due to observation events arriving late, similar to
SLING-4058. I'll follow up in that issue.
