in r1634582: made ReplicationComponent a marker interface extended by all the
actual replication components (agents, exporter, importers, triggers, etc.),
added ManagedReplicationComponent interface for all the components requiring
explicit enabling / disabling, fixed RCFactory/RCProvider return types to have
