Bertrand Delacretaz resolved SLING-4058.

Resolution: Fixed
At revision 1635083 all the active ResourceResolverTest tests pass - the key
was better isolation between tests, by removing and re-adding test nodes
between each test. The test code depends on the
org/apache/sling/api/resource/ResourceResolverMapping/CHANGED event which might
be emitted slightly differently with Oak without influencing system behavior,
so it looks like the tests were at fault.
