I have prepared the IP clearance document at
http://incubator.apache.org/ip-clearance/sling-sightly-xss.html
[~radu.cotescu] can you take care of the software grant as per
https://www.apache.org/licenses/software-grant.txt ?
Best is to include the sha1 digests of SLING-3959 on that document so it's
clear what it's about.
Once that's recorded I'll update the sling-sightly-xss.html and start the vote
on the Incubator PMC list - once that passes we can import the code in the
Sling svn repository.
