Resolution: Fixed
Good point about not using Commons IO 2.0. Yet, instead of going to 2.4 which
exports 2.0 and 1.4.9999 I went back to 1.4 in Rev. 1640500 which satisifies
all requirements of Sightly and properly and rightfully exports 1.4.
