It works now. Thanks for the work on the patches [~bdelacretaz], it was very
helpful!
I noted in the LICENSE.txt that the alu.gif only needs attribution. When
rechecking it [1], it turns out, that "It's freeware...but some of the authors
of these graphics might not approve of seeing them used for commercial
purposes.". I will look for a new background image.
The others are eigther from Twitter Bootstrap or from the JSTree library who
have MIT licenses which should be fine.
