Change the framework version in the launchpad

Hi all,

This is probably a stupid question, but how do I change the version of
the Felix framework used in the Sling launchpad?

Changing it in the launchpad/base/pom.xml doesn't seem to do it for
me... I didn't see it in the list.xml file. Is there another place to
look?
