Current {{ChangeUserPasswordServlet}} makes use of implementation details to
validate old password (via reflection) and hence was failing with Oak. Instead
it can make use of new changePassword method introduced via JCR-3080 to
validate the old password directly
Patch for the same. It updates the dependency on JR API to 2.3.0. With this the
UpdateUserTest passes
