Fix For: Testing Sling Mock 1.1.4
the mock implementation of the AdapterManager interface is currently too
simplistic - it ignores the set of ADAPTER_CLASSES / ADAPTABLE_CLASSES defined
by the adapter factories, and thus my call adapter factories for adaptions they
never where registered too, which may lead to errors.
