The WST framework allows a module to be deployed on multiple servers. We honour
this possibility at all times, but I think that most of the times the module
will only be deployed on one server.
If we find out that the module is deployed on exactly one server, we should no
longer show the wizards ( currently the import and export wizard ) but rather
start the action immediately.
