Description:
see SLING-1958, Karaf brings {{xml-apis}} with
{{lib/endorsed/org.apache.servicemix.specs.jaxp-api-1.4-2.4.0.jar}}
remove bundle {{org.apache.sling.fragment.xml}} (_Apache Sling System Bundle
Extension: XML APIs_) and deploy
{{org.apache.servicemix.specs/org.apache.servicemix.specs.jaxp-api-1.4/2.4.0}}
