Description:
The Sightly performance tests need to generate the same output in order for the
test comparisons to be reliable (where the reference is the JSP scripting
engine performance).
The Sightly scripts output the license header, whereas the JSP ones don't. To
unify this behaviour the Sightly scripts should also comment out the license
header, therefore removing it from the output.
