Felix Meschberger commented on SLING-4717: ------------------------------------------ Sounds interesting at first sight. But I think a log file should not be formatted like this. Please also have a look at the [Request Processing Analyzer|http://sling.apache.org/documentation/bundles/request-analysis.html]. I would think enhancing that one to improve on presentation would be well worth it. As for the log file, I am not really inclined. This log file has a good structure and can easily be automatically processed. Adding indentation makes it (somewhat) harder. > Option to indent output in request progress tracker log > ------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: SLING-4717 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-4717 > Project: Sling > Issue Type: Improvement > Components: Engine > Reporter: Alexander Klimetschek > Priority: Minor > Attachments: SLING-4717.patch, indented-log.png > > > For requests with large nested inclusions of resource trees, visually > scanning the request progress tracker log is difficult. It would help if it's > indented based on the inclusion level. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.3.4#6332)
