Fix For: Event 3.7.0
the JobManager.findJobs should support searching jobs with any topic according
to javadocs:

@param topic Topic can be used as a filter, if it is non-null, only jobs with
this topic will be returned.

but it does not work - searching for topic = null never returns a result.
