is think there was a bug in this rev - the replacement of variables on the raw
config was only applied when a custom variable resolver was present. if none,
no variable was replaced, not even those defined in the model itself. was this
by intention?
in this rev i fixed the behavior, please cross-check.
(please note that in context of SLING-4879 i moved the method
getProcessedConfiguration to another class, but i did not change its logic)
