Fix For: Scripting Sightly JS Use Provider 1.0.8
The {{ScriptCache}} configuration applied by the
{{org.apache.sling.scripting.sightly.js.provider}} for caching JS scripts
should be moved to the provisioning model, since the Sightly JavaScript Use
Provider is already present in the launchpad.
