With the improvement of the API provided by the
{{org.apache.sling.scripting.javascript}} bundle, the asynchronous
promise-based API provided by the Sightly JS Use Provider bundle is redundant.
Deprecating the API together with conditionally loading the support for it only
when detecting that a Use object actually needs the API namespaces should help
in optimising the execution speed for JavaScript Use objects.
