This is an extension to SLING-4862 (that I cannot reopen).
Even though the default registration path of the /system/console is secure by
default to a certain extent it would be good to have the option to disable the
servlet (just to be safe in case a security policy of a deployment requires
this). By default the servlet should remain active.
