Fix For: Testing OSGi Mock 1.6.0
we need a minimal support for the ServiceFactory concept in OSGi mocks.
if a service is registered as ServiceFactory the service instance has to be get
via the factory.
we do not bother about real bundle scoping because we do not handle different
bundles in osgi mock.
