Fix For: Maven JSPC Plugin 2.0.10, Maven JCROCM Plugin 2.0.6,
Maven Launchpad Plugin 2.3.4, Maven Sling Plugin 2.1.2
Most of the Maven plugins are using the javadoc format for configuring Mojos.
This is outdated and should be replaced by the Java annotations.
As a side effect, this will remove lots of warnings when building the plugins.
