I'm not against moving topology to sling but just wanted to mention that this 
might cause confusion - so we must educate/inform people of this change. (I 
think there's also upper layers that add webconsoles that aren't properly 
categorized..)
Note that discovery.oak should also be moved similar to discovery.impl (did 
that now in http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?rev=1710173&view=rev) - we can change 
both if we opt to keep it as is..
