currently the oak server bundle contains a set of predefined indexes for
certain sling features, and most of them (12 currently) are defined as
synchronous property indexes.
to improve performance for save() calls to the repository we should check if we
should convert some (or all of them) to an asynchronous lucene index. this
depends if some feature really relies on a synchronous index update.
(there was some discussion in SLING-5259 about this.)
