[~tiennv90] - I tried but can't assign this to you, probably due to
restrictions imposed by the default Jira workflow. But it does not matter -
usually the developer who commits the changes ( and therefore validates that
they are correct and takes responsibility for them ) assigns the issue to
themselves.
There is no request to be approved, just attach a patch or send a pull request
and we'll take it from there :-)
