DiscoveryWithSyncTokenTest is only half-done:
* it has a 100sec sleep at the end
* doesn't really do any assertions
* plus it interferes with other tests as it doesn't clean up the
VirtualInstance (thus continues to write heartbeats and cause a little bit of
load)
