with osgi-mock 1.x we supported older OSGi version down to OSGi R4.
this makes it difficult supporting all features of OSGi R6 which has some new
classes not available in OSGi R4.
with this ticket we create a branch of osgi-mock 1.x and trunk is switched to
osgi-mock 2.x which supports only OSGi R6 and up. JDK dependency is updated to
JDK 1.7 (osgi-mock 1.x still supports JDK 1.6).
we also remove methods in the osgi-mock API that where deprecated in 1.x.
