Description:
According to \[1\] HttpServletRequest#getParts() and
HttpServletRequest#getPart(String) throw ServletExceptions in case the request
ist not a {{multpart/}} request.
In the Sling Engine implementation this seems not to be the case [2]. Not
completely sure if this applies to the other exception types as well but i
think so.
