Fix For: Content Distribution Core 0.1.14
Currently we have different implementations of {{DistributionPackage}}
interface in _org.apache.sling.distribution.core_ and
_org.apache.sling.distribution.extensions_, some are based on plain files, some
on FileVault packages (backed by files or JCR content) however it'd be good
that packages would be agnostic to serialization type, simply based on
{{Resources}}.
