I'm not looking at Jenkins all the time but when I do I usually dig in
to improve things a few small steps at a time.
Like with this thread and a few commits today that should fix flaky tests.

We've been moving many integration tests closer to their modules
lately, so even if launchpad/testing should stay enabled by default
IMO it's not sufficient.
