New test added by in [r1734945|https://svn.apache.org/r1734945] breaks build:

ServicesPresentTest.testServices:51 Could not obtain a ServiceReference for
the following services:
org.apache.sling.hc.api.execution.HealthCheckExecutor
Tests run: 529, Failures: 1, Errors: 0, Skipped: 4

Tried to fix it by adding feature {{sling-extension-healthcheck}} in [r1735223
|https://svn.apache.org/r1735223] but doesn't help. Anything missing,
