Even though I have the "if server is started, publish changes immediately"
ticked when adding the module to the server, when I start the server, it
doesn't automatically publish it. Did it do that for you? I had to choose
"Export to server" on the Eclipse project to get it to publish which is when I
see that error message.
Although those steps are what you did on your other attempt.
