moved {{DistributionPackage}} and related APIs and implementations (except the
ones that needed to stay for back compat.) to the more propert
_org.apache.sling.distribution.packaging_ package in r1750344.
Will follow up with final adjustments to {{DistributionContentSerializer}} API
and then will expose it.
