Fix For: Content Distribution Extensions 0.1.0
{{AvroContentSerializer}} is caching a {{DataFileWriter}} as instance fields,
this can lead to errors when exporting the stream as the writer may already be
opened while serving concurrent exportStream requests.
Such objects should be created at runtime, closed and garbage collected.
