Fix For: Resource Resolver 1.5.0
Currently, required providers are configured based on their PID - however the
PID is really an implementation detail. The name property for a provider has
been introduced for exactly this reason, therefore we should support
referencing a provider by name.
The mechanism to reference providers through their PID should be deprecated
(but still supported)
