[~chetanm] I think the above does not work, imagine the default 
QuartzThreadPool is exhausted, now a job running with a different pool should 
be scheduled. Quartz can't start it as the QuartzThreadPool is exhausted.
I think the only option is to create a scheduler per thread pool that is used
