That won't work obviously as this plugin depends on Webconsole ({{webconsole}})
and DS ({{scr}}) and we have enabled to fail on unresolved bundles in
SLING-5897. If we revert SLING-5897 (and make it an Option) I prefer to add
this plugin to {{scr}} (same as Karaf does in the [standard
feature|https://github.com/apache/karaf/blob/master/assemblies/features/standard/src/main/feature/feature.xml#L539]).
For your convenience I've added {{org.apache.felix.webconsole.plugins.ds}} to
{{SlingVersionResolver}} in [r1754359|https://svn.apache.org/r1754359].
