I am still failing to see how the {{DependencyLifecycleParticipant}} is
triggering the build of the quickstart. I was assuming this is done for the
packaging "slingstart" through
https://github.com/apache/sling/blob/trunk/tooling/maven/slingstart-maven-plugin/src/main/resources/META-INF/plexus/components.xml#L54
and
https://github.com/apache/sling/blob/trunk/tooling/maven/slingstart-maven-plugin/src/main/resources/META-INF/plexus/components.xml#L55,
but I fail to see how this is done by leveraging the
{{DependencyLifecycleParticipant}} only.
