Fix For: JCR Base 2.4.2
Currently {{org.apache.sling.jcr.base}} has a required dependency on
{{jackrabbit-jcr-rmi}}. The rmi usage is only for util class
{{RepositoryAccessor}} and is an optional feature.
We should mark this dependency as optional so as to allow usage of this bundle
in setups where the {{jackrabbit-jcr-rmi}} is not present
