We can obviously decouple it from the Sling 9 release. I added this as a
sub-task since it would be nice to be able to use the content-package tooling
starting with Sling 9.
Let's put it another way - if at the time of the Sling 9 release the plug-in is
not done, I will simply {{WONTFIX}} this task and proceed with the release.
