I have prepared the org.apache.sling.dynamic-include 3.0.0 release, using that
version number to clearly differentiate it from the version from which it was
donated, https://github.com/Cognifide/Sling-Dynamic-Include . Starting the vote
now.
I'm releasing this in "release early, release often" spirit but there are no
automated tests so until we fix that this should be considered and alpha level
release.
I have added a minimal documentation page at
http://sling.apache.org/documentation/bundles/dynamic-includes.html
