Fix For: Testing Sling Mock 2.2.4, Testing Sling Mock 1.9.4
the latest sling models impl bundles (since 1.3.4) have a dependency to the
BindingsValuesProvidersByContext service from scripting.api. we have to
register it as well in the mock context to make sure sling models can be tested.
